1. Can I order online and go pick up in store at Draped Outfitters?

No. Online and in store purchases are separate. If you order online local pick up will be in Midwest City, OKLAHOMA.

2. Do you offer gift cards?

YES! We now offer e-gift cards that must be used ONLINE ONLY. Click on the GIFT CARD at the top of each page to but e-gift cards.

3. Are the lash styles in store the same as online?

The lash styles in store may vary and is a bigger collection. However, online styles are always available if you chose not to buy in-store.

4.Where is pick up for online purchases? 

MIDWEST CITY, OKLAHOMA

5. Where is the store location?

We are located in-store at the Penn Square Mall inside Draped Outfitters! 

The store is located Downstairs near Macy’s, Across from Rally House. 

This store has different brands you can shop from including ALLURING LASHES

6. Are there any discount codes available?

If there are any discount codes available, follow AlluringLashes on Facebook or at the top of the home page one will be listed.

7. Are there refunds?

There are no refunds or exchanges!

8. Where is my package?

Please make sure you include your full address including Apartment #, if necessary, and any notes in the comment section if needed. A tracking number will be provided on items shipped.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Alluring Lashes & More LLC is not responsible for lost packages, stolen or damaged packages.

​

If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

 

We suggest going directly to the USPS closest to your home with the tracking information. the carrier will have to provide details of exactly where the package was delivered.

Calling may not be as effective. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS

 

We will constantly provide you with updates about your order by e-mail.

Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department during our daily system updates.

 

Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48  hours after your order leaves our location.
